For and Against being self employed
Self-employed are pleople who work for themselves and are not employed by another.Those who are self-employed assume all the risks and responsibilities of a business enterprise and are subject to self - employment tax.
Advantages : You are your own boss and have control over your future, there are many opportunities to make decisions,more opportunity to put your talent worth, qualifications, knowledge and creativity,personal satisfaction and respect for self.
Disadvantages : It is possible to work more hours than normal working hours,financial risk,risk of bankruptcy,sacrifices(for example, less time spent with family) and responsibility.

This is the most valuable picture,because is made this winter in Glacier Hintertux (Austria) at 3250 m.For me it was a new experience and a dream.
